Southern Customer Service
This year, our nation is celebrating its 400th birthday. The first English settlement in the New World was established in Jamestown, VA, in 1607 by a small band led by Captain John Smith. In conjunction with this celebration, thousands of people across the nation have been participating in an online treasure hunt hosted by Vision Forum to rediscover “the mighty hand of God in America’s history” that culminates in a final phase next week where finalists will physically hunt for buried treasure in the Williamsburg / Jamestown / Yorktown triangle. You can read more here.
I find myself in the final grouping and plan to attend the festivities and physical hunt. However, during this 6-month hunt, I have made some new acquaintances and friends at SteepleMedia.com. Many of these new friends have never travelled south of Maryland and are ecstatic about the trip to the home of liberty and pride. Having a pulse on social evolution, I understand what consternation this can cause for my fellow Southerners when Yankees invade our space. So, as a genteel gesture, I offer this customer service and travel guide for my nasally friends.
