In the last 15 years I have lived in Alabama, Georgia, Florida and now Tennessee and let me tell you I AM HERE TO STAY. I love Knoxville, the city, the people and it seems the Gov here has it together more than any where I have lived. I have friends moving here from Atlanta and Chicago.

No doubt many people are finding Knoxville an attractive place to live.

Example:
Sometimes you can get a pretty good insight into what people are “thinking” offline by researching online search stats.

In this case, you can use the Overture suggestion tool to see that over 106,000 people search for “Knoxville Tennessee Real Estate” per month.

That’s just under places like Chicago, Las Vegas, New York, Atlanta, and Houston. all of which are right around 110-120,000/month.

Of course, this isn’t a definitive source for information on where people are moving to. But, it does shed some light on the subject.
